• Two private coaching calls (90 minutes total, split into two 45-minute calls)

• One-on-one time with both of your retreat facilitators

• A complete meal plan with recipes to support your transition to plant-based living

• Exclusive access to a private chat with the two of us between 9am and 5pm EST for guidance and support leading up to the retreat.
