Cancellation & Refund Policy: Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and the extensive preparation required in advance, all payments are generally non refundable and non transferable, as reserving your space represents both an energetic and financial commitment and directly supports preparation of the land, accommodations, nourishment, ceremonies, facilitators, and the group experience; however, if a participant cancels before making their second payment, they are eligible to receive 90 percent of their initial deposit, with 10 percent retained to cover administrative and preparation costs, and once the second payment has been made, no cancellations, refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including personal circumstances, travel issues, illness, or unforeseen events, and by completing your booking you acknowledge and agree to this policy and honor the commitment required to hold this sacred container.
